About Me:

My name is Pam Klarman.  I am an Illinois State Licensed Child Care provider and have provided experienced and quality care for over twenty years.  I am CPR/First Aid Certified and a participant in a federal food program which ensures serving your child nutritious meals and snacks. I consistently strive to be a top notch Provider by continuing my early childhood education, specializing in infants through age eight.  I am a member of NAFCC (National Association of Family Child Care) and anticipate becoming a fully accredited child care.

Program Information: 

Tender Times Child Care provides developmentally appropriate activities and toys to all infants, toddlers, preschoolers and young school agers in the atmosphere of a loving home.  Tender Times Child Care nurtures the delicate needs of young children.  We offer a semi structured program which is balanced with learning through play and a Preschool Program for ages three through five.  Tender Times Child Care believes each child is unique and special. Emphasis is placed on the child developing at his or her own pace.
